Q: What ages are allowed to play?

A: Ages 0–8 are welcome in our play area.


Q: Do I need to wear socks?

A: Yes! Grip socks are required for all children and adults in the play area.


Q: Do I need to sign a waiver?

A: Yes, a waiver must be signed before entering. You can find the link in our bio or sign in person.


Q: How much is entry?

A: Each child is $25. One adult is included per child; additional adults are $5 each.


Q: Do you offer any discounts or packages?

A: Yes! Grab a punch card — 10 visits for $180 and get 2 extra visits free.


Q: Can I bring outside food?

A: Outside food is not allowed - snacks and light refreshments are available for sale. 


Q: Can I host a party at your venue?

A: Yes! Visit our “Rentals” or “Parties” highlight for more info, or send us a message.


FAQs

What areas do you service?


Some areas we deliver to Indio, Coachella, La Quinta, Palm Desert, etc. We may be able to accommodate a further distance for a delivery charge. Please contact us if you are unsure if we can deliver to your location.

 

What is the appropriate age use of your equipment?

We recommend children under 5 to use our equipment and a max capacity of 6 kids.

 

What types of occasions do you service?

You can use our equipment for birthday parties, play dates, family gatherings, work events, weddings, baby showers, religious events, holiday parties, retail events, festivals, pretty much anywhere! Just make sure to check with your venue for any outside vendor requirements beforehand.

 

Do you set up the equipment?

All packages include setup and breakdown by Tiny Toddler Soft Play.

 

How long can I use your equipment?

All packages include 4 hours of equipment use. We will deliver the equipment approximately 1-2 hours prior to the start time and we will pick up the equipment 4 hours after your start time. You have the option to purchase additional hours. We also have a 24 Hour Rental option available.

 

Can I use your soft play equipment outdoors?

Yes, you can set up our soft play equipment outdoors in an area that is level and cleared of debris and mess. However, we ask that you have some sort of shaded covering over the equipment to protect it from sun damage and overheating. If you do not have any you can rent our canopy as an add-on.

 

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes, in order to use our services you must read through and agree with our Waiver of Liability as well as our Terms and Conditions. These will be made available at the time of checkout.
