Q: What ages are allowed to play?
A: Ages 0–8 are welcome in our play area.
Q: Do I need to wear socks?
A: Yes! Grip socks are required for all children and adults in the play area.
Q: Do I need to sign a waiver?
A: Yes, a waiver must be signed before entering. You can find the link in our bio or sign in person.
Q: How much is entry?
A: Each child is $25. One adult is included per child; additional adults are $5 each.
Q: Do you offer any discounts or packages?
A: Yes! Grab a punch card — 10 visits for $180 and get 2 extra visits free.
Q: Can I bring outside food?
A: Outside food is not allowed - snacks and light refreshments are available for sale.

FAQs
What ages is the indoor playground designed for?
Our indoor playground is designed for children ages 0–8 years old. Every child develops differently, so we encourage parents to supervise their little ones during play.
What ages are your soft play rentals for?
Our soft play rental packages are recommended for children ages 0–5.
Our larger inflatables, bounce houses, obstacle courses, and oversized ball pits are suitable for older children as well. If you’re unsure which rental is best for your event, we’re happy to help!
Do I need a reservation?
Yes! We highly recommend reserving your play session online to guarantee your spot, especially on weekends, holidays, and during special events.
Need to reschedule? We understand that plans can change. Reservations must be rescheduled before your scheduled play time begins. Once your reservation time has passed, missed reservations are considered completed and cannot be rescheduled or credited.
What’s included with admission?
Admission includes 2 hours of play and access to all designated indoor play areas, including our climbing structure, slides, ball pit, pretend play spaces, sensory activities, and more.
Parents are also welcome to enjoy our complimentary self-serve coffee bar while their little ones play.
Throughout the week, we offer character visits, sensory classes, storytime, and seasonal events. Be sure to check our calendar before your visit!
Can I stay longer than my reserved play session?
Our standard admission includes 2 hours of play.
Want more time? Upgrade to our All-Day Play Pass for:
+$10 per child (Monday–Friday)
+$5 per child (Saturday & Sunday)
The All-Day Play Pass allows unlimited play during business hours on the day of your visit.
Can I host a birthday party at the indoor playground?
Absolutely! We offer several party packages ranging from simple celebrations to fully decorated private events. Visit our Party Packages page or contact us for availability.
What areas do you service for rentals?
We proudly serve the Coachella Valley, including Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Indio, Coachella, Desert Hot Springs, and surrounding areas. Delivery outside these areas may be available for an additional fee.
What events do you provide rentals for?
Our rentals are perfect for birthday parties, baby showers, schools, preschools, corporate events, community events, festivals, holiday parties, weddings, HOA events, country clubs, grand openings, and family celebrations.
How long is a rental?
Most rental packages include up to 4 hours of rental time.
Need additional time? Extra hours and 24-hour rentals are available.
Do you set up and take down the equipment?
Yes! Our team handles delivery, professional setup, and breakdown so you can enjoy your event stress-free.
Can your rentals be used outdoors?
Yes! Outdoor setups are welcome on clean, level surfaces free of rocks, debris, and pet waste.
To protect our equipment, shaded areas are recommended during hot weather. Canopies are also available as an add-on.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. All participants using our indoor playground or rental equipment must have a signed liability waiver before play.
Do adults need socks?
Yes! Socks are required for both children and adults inside the indoor playground to help keep our facility clean and safe.
Is outside food allowed?
Outside food and drinks are welcome for birthday parties. During Open Play, only beverages with secure lids and light snacks are permitted in designated seating areas.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another available date with advance notice, subject to availability and our booking policy.
